Studio 38 Rental Policies & Terms of Use

Studio 38 is a professional creative space designed for photographers, content creators, branding sessions, and artistic projects. By booking the studio, renters agree to the following policies and expectations.

Permitted Use

Studio 38 may be used for:

• Photography sessions

• Branding and content creation

• Small creative productions

• Styled shoots

• Professional meetings or consultations

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited inside or around Studio 38:

• Nudity or fully nude photography/videography

• Lewd, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content

• Adult content production of any kind

• Illegal activity

• Drug use or smoking inside the studio

• Open flames or hazardous materials without prior written approval

• Excessive alcohol consumption

• Parties or events not approved during booking

Studio 38 reserves the right to immediately terminate any session that violates these terms without refund.

Damage & Missing Items

Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, props, or building caused during their rental period.

Any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or missing items will be charged to the card on file. All damage or incidents must be reported immediately via text message to Studio 38 management.

Booking & Payment Policy

• Full payment is required to reserve your booking.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests may be approved at Studio 38’s discretion based on availability.

• No-shows or cancellations will not receive refunds or credits.

• The studio is not responsible for setting up for you. Backdrops and lighting available for additional fee. 

Time Policy

Rental time includes:

• setup

• shooting time

• breakdown/cleanup

Please plan accordingly. Overage time may result in additional charges.

Cleanliness

The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. All trash, personal belongings, and equipment must be removed before the end of the rental period.

Liability

Studio 38 is not responsible for injury, lost items, stolen property, or damages incurred during use of the space.

Booking Studio 38 indicates acceptance of all policies and terms listed above.
