Service Description
Studio 38 offers a private, indoor photography space available for hourly, half-day, and full-day rentals. The studio is designed for photographers, creatives, and small teams seeking a controlled environment with consistent lighting and a clean, versatile backdrop for a variety of sessions. Rental includes access to the studio space, with beautiful natural light. Additional lighting, modifiers, and specialty setups may be available upon request for an added fee. Renters are responsible for setup, breakdown, and returning the studio to its original condition at the end of their scheduled time. Rental time includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly. Studio 38 is suitable for portrait sessions, branding shoots, sports media days, and creative content production. Availability is limited and scheduled in advance. No same day bookings are available. **All renters are responsible for the care and condition of Studio 38 during their rental period. Any missing items or damages will be charged to the card on file. If any damage occurs during your rental, it must be reported immediately via text to the studio. Failure to report damages may result in additional fees. All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, payment will not be returned. By completing this booking you agree to the terms above.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelation is less than 7 days from booking, any deposits made will be forfeited. If rescheduling appointment must be kept, if request to reschedule multiple times you must pay a deposit for each reschedule of $50.00. Under 24 hour cancelation will result in a bill for full session price and payment expected prior to the time of service. It is very hard to book cancelation spaces in a short amount of time and this is my livelihood, please respect that. *Booking a session constitutes agreement to this cancellation policy.*
